2:30 PM FRANK WALSH (FDW) – "DIY Publishing, Artistic Expression & Repression"

This workshop looks to guide thru and demonstrate the strategy tactics, technique and
construction of radical DIY publishing. We'll also address the "end-times" confrontation
between freedom of expression, distribution of underground letters and art in contrast to
the Patriot Act, domestic spying, surveillance not to mention the suppression, censorship
and trampling of the civil liberties of the reading/writing citizenry of our creative
democracy. FDW will also discuss the shenanigans of the U.S. postal service and their role
in hampering DIY publishing.
